About Niv

Niv joined Fram Monument as a partner in 2010, when the company had a single location in Baltimore. That same year, he opened the Rockville showroom. In 2019, he opened the Annapolis showroom, and in December 2022, he took full ownership of the company. Today, Fram Monument serves families across Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware from three showrooms.

Under Niv's guidance, Fram Monument brought the entire memorial process in-house, from design and engraving to manufacturing and installation. The company added an 11,000 square foot production facility, tripled the size of its team, and expanded its technological capabilities. Families now get the same quality and accountability from the first conversation to the final installation.

Niv is familiar with memorial traditions across many cultures and with memorials in different languages. He understands that each community honors its loved ones differently, and he has built a team that treats those customs with care and accuracy. Every design is approved by the family before engraving begins.

Outside of work, Niv is a father of five, a musician, an avid athlete, and an active member of his community.
